In His Time and For His Glory

I well remember the first project we did with Cornerstone Christian Academy several years ago. Our meetings with Administrator Becky Shamess and Development Director April Kinzinger were punctuated with the spirit of this phrase. It was evident that everything done at CCA was bathed in prayer and undergirded with a simple faith that God would finish whatever He began, in His time and for His glory. And indeed we at Aspen were taught a thing or two about prayer. The dedication of that 50,000+ SF facility was a special time of acknowledging God's mighty Hand in all of it.
Well, now we're in Phase II: building a 25,000 SF Junior/Senior High wing. And it's still very much all about trusting God for the needed resources. We have partnered with the school to work on a "pay as you go" basis. Thus far, the generous giving of CCA's donors has allowed us to do sitework, steel erection, underslab rough-ins and just last week, to pour the concrete floor slab.
I thought you might like to see a few pictures and to read about the project in CCA's recent "Courier" publication (available for download in the Downloads section of this blog).
Additional project info and photos can be found on the Aspen Construction Project Website.
